- Develop and implement strategies to improve building efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless building operations and maintenance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in building operations, facilities management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and train entry-level personnel.
- Ability to deal with customers and others at all levels.
- Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
- Required to report to the job site on a daily basis.
- May require the ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mid to high level aptitude in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and operations and maintenance.
