{"Job Title: Program Director Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our after-school program at Bowen's Corner Elementary. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all program areas, developing and managing program implementation, and supervising program staff. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement program plans to meet the needs of Club members * Supervise and support program staff to ensure high-quality programming * Collaborate with the Campus Director to ensure alignment with organizational goals * Provide orientation and goal setting for all Club members * Maintain discipline and enforce Club rules * Refer youth in need of additional services to appropriate agencies * Manage and delegate responsibilities to program staff * Meet with volunteers and orientate them to the Club environment * Ensure planned programs, services, and activities are implemented in accordance with organizational mission, policies, and procedures * Facilitate weekly staff meetings * Solicit input from staff, community, parents, volunteers, and Club members for improvement Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development field (or equivalent education and experience) * 2-3 years of program delivery experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to deal with a diverse population of youth ages 4 to 18 * Management and supervisory experience * Knowledge of all national and local programs * Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certification Work Environment: * After-school/recreational settings that include being in/outdoors * Occasional weekend and evening work to support the organization's fundraising events and activities Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
