Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care.
  • Develop and implement education plans for patients and families, and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 2+ years of experience in critical care nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
