Job SummaryAs a Nephrology Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide quality age-appropriate nursing care to patients with renal disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with renal disorders, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current New York State Registered Nurse License
- At least one year of hospital medical-surgical nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
