Dynamic Dining Host

We are seeking a charismatic and attentive Dining Host to provide exceptional service to our guests at Turning Point. As the first and last point of contact, you will set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

This role involves greeting guests with a warm smile, seating them promptly, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. You will be responsible for managing the flow of guests into the dining areas, answering phone calls, taking to-go orders, and maintaining a clean and organized host stand.

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas with a personalized touch
• Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation, ensuring a seamless dining experience
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining areas, creating a smooth and efficient process
• Answer phone calls and take to-go orders when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ready for the next guest
