About the Role
The Kinetiq Health Program Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating workplace wellness programs designed to improve health, productivity, and culture among employees. You will work closely with our Director of Kinetiq Health to review tools and vendors that can enhance our worksite wellness offerings, maintaining business partnerships with top-tier wellness vendors along the way.

As an internal consultant, you will provide health and wellbeing expertise and support to clients and prospects, assessing workplaces to help accounts understand their current culture, health climate, facilities, and policies. This knowledge will inform the establishment of metrics to evaluate and measure program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
