As a Registered Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional healthcare within a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in line with established protocols and practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
- Possess specialized experience in caring for pediatric patients requiring advanced medical support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient management.
- Maintain precise and thorough patient documentation.
- Promote a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.
- Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse license.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on pediatric care.
- Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, and gastrostomy tubes in vulnerable populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
