Key Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to document workflows and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Gather and articulate requirements to fulfill business needs through innovative technology solutions.
  • Document user stories and contribute to test case development.
  • Assess and quantify the potential business impact of proposed changes.
  • Support change management initiatives, including the creation and delivery of training materials.
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional Agile team to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements to objectives and test cases.

Quality Assurance:

  • Convert expected application processes into comprehensive functional test cases, executing tests and documenting outcomes.
  • Work alongside QA Engineers to develop regression and performance test cases, prioritizing automation efforts.
  • Review products for quality compliance, logging and managing defects and issues.
  • Monitor the resolution of product issues to ensure adherence to functional requirements.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools, including Playwright for automation.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to confirm that products meet specified criteria.
  • Collaborate with teams during beta testing to identify and resolve issues.
  • Assist users in troubleshooting and provide guidance on product usage.
  • Oversee processes to uphold quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance benchmarks for products and services.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
