About the RoleAs a Nurse Practitioner at CVS Health, you will be responsible for providing primary and family care to our patients. This includes conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans. You will also be responsible for ordering and administering immunizations, as well as providing patient education and counseling.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to speak and write in additional languages, such as Spanish
