Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Intern

Post Consumer Brands is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst Intern to join our team for a 12-week summer internship. As a Business Systems Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the improvement of our business processes.

Job Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst Intern will assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions to improve the quality of IT services provided to the business. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identifying areas where technology can be leveraged to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the gathering of business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies
  • Develop and document business and technical documentation, including process flow diagrams and user manuals
  • Test and implement technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
  • Work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications or systems
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance
  • Assist in the development and improvement of business processes
  • Provide training to support end-users, including developing training materials and conducting training sessions
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Experience working with SaaS packages and cloud-based systems
  • High level of competence in computer applications and the ability to use technology as a decision-support tool
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
