Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. This role is essential in supporting students with communication challenges and enhancing their educational experience.

Location: League City, Texas
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Caseload: Elementary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' communication needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment plans as required.
  • Collaborate with educators and school personnel to incorporate speech and language objectives into classroom activities.
  • Guide and inform parents and guardians on methods to support their child's communication development.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in the formulation of educational strategies.

Qualifications:
