Position Overview:
Our client in the Reading area is in search of a skilled CNC Machine Operator to contribute to their operations. This role offers promising career paths for qualified individuals.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

Work Schedule:
1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings and blueprints
  • Configure machines according to part setup specifications
  • Accurately measure components in accordance with technical documents
  • Organize machined components in designated warehouse locations
  • Operate a sit-down forklift as required

Qualifications:
  • Mechanical and technical skills are advantageous
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints is essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience in high-volume welding is a plus
