Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Dialysis Technician, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients undergoing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective dialysis plans, taking into account patient needs and medical histories.
  • Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Conduct regular assessments and monitoring of patients' vital signs, reporting any concerns or abnormalities to healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • 12 Months minimum recent dialysis experience required.
  • Certification as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) is mandatory.
  • Previous patient care experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
  • Dialysis procedures and machine experience is essential.
  • Successful completion of a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis is required.
  • CPR Certification is also necessary.
