Job Summary:
ECI Management Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Supervisor/Barista to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience in our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus and information about our drinks and food offerings.
- Order Taking and Preparation: Take orders accurately and prepare beverages and food to our high standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of baristas to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience of leading and developing a team in a customer-focused retail business.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English language skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Working Hours: Various shifts available from 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Compensation: $18 per hour.
