Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up of Niceville, FL. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and selling custom kitchen remodeling projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Design and present custom kitchen remodeling plans to clients, including 3D designs and product selections.
  • Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the project.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the kitchen remodeling industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in design software and technology, including 3D design tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
