Requirements
Education
High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
Skills
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to speak English in an understandable manner.
Years of Experience
Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; Previous dementia experience preferred
Certification
Certification required according to state regulations; Must successfully complete the required Springhouse's/Arden Courts' training
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods.
- Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis.
- Full use of hands, arms, and legs.
