Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Worker to join our team at Mr. Kleen 76 Stations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of food service experience and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a full-time or part-time position offering a competitive salary of $18 per hour with opportunities for performance-based raises.

• Prepare high-quality food according to café recipes and health department specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Learn and adhere to all café recipes, preparing items to specifications and customer requests.
• Complete prep work, stocking, dishes, laundry, and cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ensure work areas are clean and orderly for the next shift.

• Minimum of 6 months of food service experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a Washington State Food Worker Card.
• Adhere to uniform policy: company shirt, name tag, black pants, and secured hair.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Basic computer knowledge (training provided).
• Able to work with sharp utensils and cook at high temperatures consistently.
• Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, stretch, and reach consistently.
