MISSION: Empowering youth to achieve their fullest potential as responsible, productive, and caring individuals.

POSITION SUMMARY: Site Coordinator

  • Oversees and directs the daily functions of a club, emphasizing the safety of youth and the quality of programs.
  • Part-time role, requiring 30 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise club operations under the guidance of the Area Director.
  • Design and manage programs and staff activities.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, train, and oversee team members.
  • Execute daily operations and activities effectively.
  • Track and report on budget discrepancies.
  • Establish collaborations with local community organizations.
  • Ensure program outcomes are maintained for grant documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable organization.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are essential.
  • Possession of a CDL License is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to engage with children and manage facilities within financial constraints.

TRAVEL: Required to visit multiple club locations for training and operational purposes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Involves walking, standing, kneeling, and lifting items up to 25 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Requires a flexible schedule, with a moderate to high noise level.
