Overview

MSA Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubuque, IA. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will work closely with hiring managers across the firm to support growth and drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for all types of jobs, from intern positions to leadership roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the recruitment process
  • Source candidates using social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, and career events
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform business decisions
  • Utilize iCIMS to manage full-cycle recruiting and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices
  • Assist with the company's Affirmative Action Plans and employee referral program
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years of full-life cycle in-house or staffing agency recruiting experience in a medium to large organization
  • Track record of successfully sourcing passive, professional candidates
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting technology and trends, with ability to research new ideas and present recommendations to leadership
  • Ability to create recruiting analytics to present to leaders and utilize to impact the recruiting strategy
