Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist for Young Children, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to provide high-quality ABA services to children in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to support children's learning and development
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families
- Provide play-based activities and special interests to help children learn new skills and attain milestones
- Document progress and outcomes, and participate in regular team meetings to discuss case updates and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Child Development)
- 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in an ABA or related setting
- Ability to sit on the floor, stand up, and pick up children or objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle for travel between client homes
- Competitive hourly rate ($23-$27 per hour)
