Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CFY) - Multiple Openings

We are seeking highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the communication development of young learners.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans to address these needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs, providing tailored support to meet their unique requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Qualifications
  • SLP Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid licensure in the relevant state.
  • CFY Requirements: Currently enrolled in or completed a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology and eligible for licensure in the relevant state.
