Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead Pizza Maker to join our culinary team at Thompson Hospitality. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas and other dishes that exceed our guests\' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent and delicious pizzas and dishes.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods, maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your station, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Embrace creativity and innovation, contributing to the development of new menu items and pizza creations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available.
Requirements
- A love of all things pizza.
- 2+ years of pizza making experience.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
