Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $92,000 - $112,000 per year for this position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the health and well-being of mothers after delivery, identifying potential complications early.
  • Develop and implement effective postpartum care plans, prioritizing patient-centered care.
  • Support breastfeeding and newborn care initiatives, fostering a nurturing environment.
  • Promote evidence-based practices, staying current with the latest research and guidelines in postpartum care.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of postpartum care experience is necessary, with a strong preference for candidates with EPIC knowledge.
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) is required, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) being highly valued.
  • Certifications must include BLS-AHA, NRP, and NJ State RN licensure.
