Job Summary:

The Hood Technician position is responsible for cleaning grease off commercial kitchen exhaust systems and supervising crew functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work after hours, often alone, and interact professionally with restaurant management and staff.
• Perform inspections, cleanups, and maintenance tasks.
• Take photos of work and maintain accurate records.
• Drive to and from job sites and keep vehicles in good condition.
• Fill out paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
• Light mechanical ability and proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Strong critical thinking and safety skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees.
