We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Alberta. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users and executives/VIPs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their configurations, as well as the ability to troubleshoot common issues. Familiarity with desktop hardware components and software applications is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Proficiency: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users and executives/VIPs.
  • Hardware Knowledge: Troubleshoot hardware-related problems and ensure the reliability of desktop hardware components.
  • Software Applications: Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications, including productivity suites.

Requirements:
