Snow Plow Truck Driver Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Snow Plow Truck Driver Specialist to join our team at BrightView. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating snow plows and box trucks.
About the RoleThis is a seasonal position that requires working on-call shifts, typically ranging from 6 to 12 hours, and may involve overnight work depending on the storm event. You will work closely with our sidewalk crews to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years of commercial experience using a plow truck or salt truck
- 3+ years of commercial snow experience using Skid-Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe, or equivalent vehicles with plows and snow containment boxes
- 18 years of age or older
- A valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions (CDL is NOT required)
- Ability to work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines
- A smart phone to download and use our attendance tracker App
- Dependable transportation
To succeed in this role, you must attend and pass training and a background check. Additionally, you must be able to lawfully work in the USA.
