Paint Line Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Line Operator to join our team at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions. As a Paint Line Operator, you will be responsible for manually loading and unloading painted parts from an overhead conveyor system, wrapping coated parts in paper, and sending them to the assembly area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload painted parts from the overhead conveyor system
  • Wrap coated parts in paper and send them to the assembly area
  • Perform daily testing of powder coating adhesion and cure testing
  • Identify and locate component parts and materials to set up the powder coating process
  • Monitor the quality of powder coating application on products
  • Assist in maintaining the wash system chemistry
  • Clean and maintain Paint Line equipment

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • High school diploma required
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and turn for 10 hours a day
