Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service that drives sales and contributes to the store's profitability.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Warmly greet and engage customers in service areas and on the sales floor to ensure a superior shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding, hanging, and merchandising garments according to H&M standards to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Assist with the unloading of delivery trucks, receiving, unpacking, and labeling merchandise efficiently.
  • Process transactions at the register, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices while providing receipts and packaging items appropriately.
  • Promote the H&M Loyalty program to customers, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment and share skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to H&M's standards and local regulations regarding health, safety, and security to ensure the well-being of yourself, your colleagues, and customers.

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about customer service and assisting others in finding their style.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Inclusive, positive, creative, and eager to learn.
  • Team-oriented with a flexible approach to work.
  • Physically able to lift over 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation
Sales Associates start at $13.25 per hour.
