About You
  • You should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in custom millwork or woodworking is required.
  • Prior experience in a production or industrial setting is preferred.
  • Able to read blueprints and determine customer specifications.
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, electric hydraulic, and air-powered equipment is beneficial.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language is a plus.
