Location: Creedmoor, North Carolina

Salary:$48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician to work with an elementary student in a school setting.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior intervention and be able to work one-on-one with a 1st grade student. The student has mild-moderate disabilities and requires support with daily tasks and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to the student in a school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to support the student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure consistency and continuity of support
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A RBT Certificate
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with mild-moderate disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
