Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to our rehabilitation therapy program
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation therapists to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a physician in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy leadership
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
