Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare precise and timely financial statements and disclosures in accordance with GAAP and SEC standards.
  • Analyze and reconcile intricate accounts associated with debt portfolios, investments, and various financial instruments.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct valuation analyses for financial instruments and assets, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as liquidations.
  • Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems.
  • Accurately track all M&A, liquidation, IPO, and legal activities that influence investment valuations.
  • Provide assistance for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:

A CPA or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 busy seasons in public accounting, ideally with a Big 4 firm, and experience with GAAP valuations and level 3 investments.
