Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing the production of all menu items, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and oversee the production of all menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement menu engineering strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the events department to create customized menus for special events and functions.
- Conduct daily line checks to ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that all food is stored and handled properly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
