Tanning Consultant

Sun Tan City Teslow Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tanning Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients, build good relationships, and understand and meet their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-tasking skills to juggle cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, upholding all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
• Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

Compensation:
