  • Classroom Environment: Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and grow, fostering a sense of community and belonging among our students and their families.
  • Parent Partnerships: Partner and connect with parents, working together to provide the best care and education for their children, and keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
  • Center Success: Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, contributing to the overall growth and development of our organization.
  • Community Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners, promoting a sense of community and collaboration among our stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our families and children.
  • Certifications: Hold CPR and First Aid Certification or be willing to obtain, and meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors, assuming postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Language Skills: Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
