Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Horizon Health's 24-bed inpatient unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operational functions of the intake team, including scheduling and managing Intake issues.
- Evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with referral sources to facilitate admissions to our behavioral health unit(s).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of related experience in social services or behavioral health.
- Valid North Dakota RN license or LCSW license.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition assistance.
