Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking skilled manufacturing professionals to join our team in the Ellington area. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality plastic molding solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Operate injection molding machines, package products, label, and cycle count with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct visual inspections and assemble parts to meet quality specifications, identifying critical defects and determining acceptability based on customer requirements.
  • Utilize route sheets and work instructions to ensure parts meet both internal and customer standards.
  • Remove parts from injection molding machines during gate tended operations and perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas.
  • Account for and record production and scrap counts accurately.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $18.50 - $21.75 per hour. Aerotek offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, health spending accounts, and transportation benefits.
