Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, your role will involve:

  • Thoroughly sweeping or vacuuming and damp mopping hard surface floors, as well as vacuuming carpeted areas.
  • Dusting various surfaces, including furniture and both horizontal and vertical spaces.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, ensuring toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls are spotless.
  • Replenishing restroom supplies, including paper products and soap.
  • Cleaning entrance glass and other interior glass surfaces.
  • Responding promptly and positively to customer service requests.
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow team members.
  • Adhering to company protocols regarding safety, timekeeping, and uniform standards.
  • Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners.
  • Removing trash and replacing liners in waste containers.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues related to the building or equipment to your supervisor.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of one year of verifiable experience in commercial cleaning.
  • A work history that reflects responsibility and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • The physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • The stamina to remain on your feet throughout the shift, including walking, bending, and other physical activities.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A smartphone with data capability for timekeeping and scheduling applications.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is $15.00.
