Position Responsibilities

Role Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while upholding cleanliness standards in the bar area as per established protocols. This role is essential in delivering a positive experience for our Guests through friendly and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverages following standardized recipes.
• Serve drinks to Guests and staff in accordance with company policies.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for Guests.
• Exhibit professionalism and adhere to all regulatory standards.
• Report any concerns regarding responsible gaming and alcohol service to management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, along with a Mixology certification.
• At least two years of experience in a high-volume bartending setting. T.I.P.S. and sanitation certifications are preferred.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to typical casino-related conditions, including smoke and noise.
• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds are required.
• The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and often crowded.

Final Note:
