About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rudeen Management. This individual will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring a safe environment for residents, guests, and employees.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, electrical, and plumbing work, to maintain the integrity of our properties.
  • Repair appliances and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Maintain the grounds and common areas, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of our properties.
  • Track inventory and work orders, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-year experience in a related field preferred.
  • Able to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly.
  • Valid driver's license, preferred.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • Great customer service skills essential.
  • Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards relevant to residential housing.
