Senior Grain Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Grain Merchandiser to join our team at 360 Headhunter. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established grain company in Kansas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grain marketing and logistics, as well as experience in managing employees in a prior grain trading position. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but relevant industry experience will also be considered.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including insurance, retirement, paid time off, and a bonus potential. The ideal candidate will be able to work in the mid $100k's+ range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement grain marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Manage grain logistics and transportation to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Lead a team of grain traders and coordinators to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth

Requirements:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
• Relevant industry experience in grain marketing and logistics
• Strong understanding of grain trading and commodity markets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
