Job Title: Field Service Technician

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is a leading service provider in the industry, offering single-source electromechanical and power management solutions to enhance the reliability of critical infrastructure. We are seeking a talented Field Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform service, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on various electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Install, remove, and align electric motors, laser equipment, and precision measuring tools.
  • Clean equipment using bead blasting, ice blasting, and solvent cleaning.
  • Ensure a professional environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete assigned work in compliance with operating policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • PdMA testing experience is preferred.
  • Level I Vibration Analysis is preferred.
  • 2+ years of AC/DC motor experience is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precise execution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and apply strong analytical problem-solving dynamics.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel locally and overnight.
