We are seeking a highly skilled Complimentary Breakfast Host to join our team at HCW Hospitality.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will leave a lasting impression on our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Breakfast Area Maintenance: Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and inviting.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve breakfast items, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with any special requests or needs.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality and replenish items as needed to ensure a consistent offering.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and food stations throughout the breakfast service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and delivery.
  • Additional Duties: Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Multitasking: The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a passion for making guests feel welcome are essential.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
