Your Contributions:
  • Conduct timely and professional reviews of audit engagement procedures executed by the audit team.
  • Perform in-depth audit procedures on various income statement and balance sheet accounts as needed.
  • Understand client service dynamics and leverage firm resources to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Utilize technology tools effectively in your assignments and show a commitment to refining work processes through technological advancements.
  • Exhibit problem recognition skills and propose practical solutions while balancing client needs with the firm's risk management.
  • Meet deadlines and budgets, providing early notifications of any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the management, development, and coaching of professional staff.
  • Engage in board and audit committee meetings and presentations.
  • Build personal referral networks and clientele while actively participating in team marketing initiatives.
  • Provide timely performance feedback to staff.

  • Extensive knowledge of current audit and accounting principles.

  • Aptitude for recruiting and developing team members.
  • Strong team and engagement management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant audit experience.
  • CPA license.
  • Experience in managing multiple complex client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in sectors such as banking, commercial products, dealerships, technology, manufacturing, and distribution is highly desirable.
