Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patient health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse II in a healthcare setting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
