- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote professional development and growth.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of Minnesota.
- CPR certification.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervision experience in SNF or NF settings.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and standards related to long-term care.
