About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a progressive community healthcare system. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, demonstrating a warm and friendly approach.
  • Take and record measurements or readings, assessing patient conditions and providing treatment as needed.
  • Administer prescribed medications and participate in keeping the unit prepared for accreditation.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless patient care and participate in patient rounds.
  • Qualifications:
    • BSN or ADN degree
    • RN degree in Ohio required
    • Valid CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) or obtain within one year of employment

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly range between $29.00-$45.00, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefit package. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance.

Shift Options:

We have full-time and part-time positions available, with day and night shifts. Full-time positions are 36 hours per week, while part-time positions involve a few shifts per week.
