We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Lead to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and families, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- BLS required.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
