Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist for a 13-week travel assignment in Connecticut.

Job Overview

This Medical Imaging Professional will be responsible for operating various medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, computed tomography (CT) scanners, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) units.

Responsibilities
  • Operate medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes;
  • Ensure accurate and safe operation of equipment to minimize radiation exposure to patients;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow;
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements through ongoing education and training.
Salary & Benefits
  • The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a comprehensive compensation package.
Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in radiologic technology or a related field;
  • Current certification as a registered technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT);
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a radiologic technologist; and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
