Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in the success of our operations, assisting with facility management and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the facility is prepared for operation.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club, promoting our services and driving revenue growth.
- Prepare vehicles for the tunnel, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Guide customers safely onto the tunnel conveyor, maintaining a high level of safety and security.
- Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, responsible, and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Pass a drug screen and background check, as required by state guidelines.
- At least 16 years of age.
